Ashley Chancellor grew up in Louisburg, NC and spent her college years in Greensboro, NC. She currently resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband and two daughters. Ashley has over 8 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education/ Early Intervention. Since graduating in 2009 with an Advanced Masters of Education degree in Early Childhood Special Education/Early Childhood Education, Ashley has served children who were Developmentally Delayed due to traumas experienced in pregnancy, birth, or other environmental factors (drug-dependent parents, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome). Ashley has also taught 2 and 3 year olds in the Washington, D.C. area who had hearing loss. In this role, she worked with students who underwent cochlear implant surgery to promote hearing, ensuring that they keep pace in reaching developmental milestones.
Upon returning to N.C., Ashley worked as a teacher at the Lucy Daniels Center, a school that focuses on healthy emotional development in children. In this position she gained great insight on how to guide students in acquiring language and social skills, learning to express ideas, feelings and concerns while working through much frustration. In addition, Ashley has taught in the Wake County Public School System as a Special Education teacher of children with severe & profound disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorders, victims of abuse that resulted in Brain Injury and Emotional/Behavioral challenges, Tracheotomy, GI tubes, and those who were oxygen dependent).
Ashley has a passion for being an active part in helping children achieve their developmental milestones. She enjoys working with families and observing each child blossom! Ashley remains current in best practices of early intervention through personal research, attending conferences, and networking with colleagues in this field.

Sanford received his Masters of Business Administration/Accounting from Liberty University in 2012. Prior to that he attended the University of NC at Greensboro and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Human Resources. Sanford has a wide range of experience in internal controls and financial management professional with key experience in: Audit Readiness, Process Realignment, Risk Management, and SAP Support. High competency in face to face issue resolution with both commercial and public sector clients. Public sector experience includes working with on the Army Financial Improvement Project, a DOD critical mission, and supporting a Navy ERP project that provides Tier 3 support for SAP administrative Navy civilian staff. Commercial experience includes operational auditing, bank compliance and risk management, and not for profit internal auditing.

Lisa has an Associate of Applied Science with a concentration in Speech Language Pathology from Fayetteville Technical Community College. She also holds a B.A. in Communication (Speech) and a minor in Psychology from Fayetteville State University. Lisa brings with her a proven track record in working with children who have special needs (autism, Down’s syndrome, developmental/language/ cognitive/ speech delays, physical disabilities).
She is a kindhearted and empathetic professional who is flexible and accommodating in the design and implementation of developmentally appropriate activities and lessons, employing a wide range of tools and therapeutic strategies. Lisa is a team player who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop an excellent rapport with all team members involved in each clients’ walk towards progress. During her 10+ years of treatment collaborating with families towards helping their children reach desired IFSP/IEP and personal goals.

Courtney is a native of Windsor, NC, by way of New York, NY. She is married and has one son. She currently resides in Knightdale, NC. She received her undergraduate degree from North Carolina Central University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Mass Communications. She decided to advance her education in Communication Disorders and received her Master of Education (Cum Laude) in 2009. She has been servicing the Raleigh-Durham area and surrounding counties for 5 years. She specializes in Early Intervention in the areas of receptive/expressive language and articulation/phonology. She also screens, evaluates and treats children with fluency, voice, pragmatics and oral-motor disorders. She has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, daycares, pre-schools, hospitals and any other location convenient for the client. Courtnee has had the opportunity to work with children in Orizaba, Mexico providing speech diagnostics and treatment and hearing screenings. She has also worked at Central Regional Hospital in Butner, NC in the children’s unit. Currently, Mrs. Roulhac is a supervising SLP to graduate student clinicians, Speech-Language Pathology-Assistants and SLPs. In the past, she has held a position as an Associate Clinical Director. In addition, Courtnee has also worked in an acute care hospital setting and skilled nursing facility providing adult services.
Courtnee attends conferences and conventions in order to stay current with new techniques and therapeutic interventions & to provide the best and most innovative services to her patients. She is licensed by the NC State Board for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Faye B. Davenport is a native of North Carolina. She is married with one son and lives in Raleigh. She received her undergraduate degree from Saint Augustine’s University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood. Faye decided to advance her education and received her Master of Education with a Concentration in Educational Management degree in 2011 and a Master of Science in Psychology degree in 2016. She was a Family Child Care Provider for 5 years. Faye has worked with children for more than 30 years, enjoying positions as lead teacher, assistant director, and residential counselor. These experiences have helped her to gain knowledge in areas such as Developmental Delays, Social-Emotional Behaviors, as well as Independence Skills which are used to enhance cognitive, physical, and language skills. In addition, her experiences have also helped in building positive relationships with children and families of different cultures and social economic backgrounds.
Currently, Faye is excited to have the opportunity to expand her territory as a Developmental Therapist. She holds an Infant Toddler Family Specialist certification in addition to certifications in early childhood and school-age children areas. Faye’s aim is to provide support to families that really need it to improve the quality of their lives. Through local resources and strategies, she puts forth great effort and thought into how to best provide them with effective solutions to challenging behaviors. Faye believes that although she has accomplished much, she is a life-long learner!

Diane holds a BS in Business Administration and Human Ecology with a concentration in Clothing & Textiles and Food & Nutrition from Howard University in Washington, DC. In addition she holds a Certificate in Management, University of Denver, School of Business in Denver, Colorado. Diane is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the North Carolina Association of Human Resource Management and the International Mentoring Association. Diane brings a combined 20 plus years of experience in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.
